Customer service personnel can go directly to the source when it comes to problem resolution ensuring accuracy and timeliness to your requests. As a group, we are committed to:

Facility Set-up
Satellite Laboratory Services provides a computer, printer and broadband access to LabCheck, our laboratory information service. Our technicians ensure your system is running and problem-free upon set-up. Additional facility computers, that meet system requirements, may also access LabCheck for more effective use of resources and staff time.

System Requirements
LabCheck works with Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating systems, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0.1. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free from Adobe.

Any computer used to access LabCheck must meet the minimum specification listed above. Additional facility computers may need to be configured to meet network and firewall requirements of the facility. Satellite Laboratory Services personnel are available to assist system administrators with this.

Billing
Our billing systems are current with CMS required regulations. With easy-to-read monthly statements, your facility's invoices can be reviewed quickly and effectively. Billing personnel are assigned to specific customers. All billing personnel have experience in insurance and billing policy and procedures ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
